基于数据挖掘对前列腺癌预后有预测价值的差异基因筛选OA
Screening of Differentially Expressed Genes with Predictive Value for Prognosis of Prostate Cancer Based on Data Mining
目的 通过数据挖掘筛选对前列腺癌总生存期(OS)及无疾病生存期(DFS)有预测价值的差异基因.方法 通过挖掘GEPIA2数据库中与前列腺癌OS、DFS有关的基因以及肿瘤差异基因信息,探讨上调基因和下调基因与OS、DFS的关系,最后筛选出对前列腺癌OS及DFS有预测价值的差异基因.结果 共筛选出在前列腺癌差异表达的基因3005个,其中上调基因681个、下调基因2324个.与OS有关的基因497个,从中筛选出差异表达的基因63个,其中上调基因6个,下…查看全部>>
