上海市某区2018-2022年精神障碍患者患病情况分析
Analysis of the Prevalence of Mental Disorders in a Certain District of Shanghai from 2018 to 2022

Abstract
Objective To analyze the management of patients with mental disorders in a district of Shanghai from 2018 to 2022,so as to provide reference for relevant departments to make decisions and improve the mental health service system.Methods Using the method of cross-sectional study,the relevant data of mental health information system in a district of Shanghai from January 1,2018 to December 31,2022 were extracted,and the reported prevalence,management rate,standardized management rate,medication rate,regular medication rate,disease stability rate and social participation rate of patients with mental disorders from 2018 to 2022 were calculated.SPSS was used to analyze the relevant data.Results As of the end of 2022,there were a total of 13 540 registered patients with mental disorders in this district of Shanghai,with a reported prevalence rate of 5.096％o,a standardized management rate of 98.52％,and a regular medication rate of 63.29％.From 2018 to 2022,the reported prevalence rate(F=33.883,P＜0.01)administration rate(F=11 383.087,P＜0.01),regular medication rate(F=205.675,P＜0.01),stability rate of the condition(F=44.448,P＜0.01)and social participation rate(F=20.278,P=0.02)showed a linear trend of increasing with each year.Conclusion From 2018 to 2022,the management rate,treatment rate and regular medication rate of patients with mental disorders in this district of Shanghai increased year by year.While reducing the reported prevalence rate,the district should strengthen the management of patients and improve the regular medication rate to reduce the possibility of recurrence of patients.关键词
