角膜塑形镜治疗对儿童青少年近视患者视功能及视觉质量的影响OA
Impact of Orthokeratology Lens on Visual Function and Visual Quality of Children and Adolescents with Myopia
目的 探讨角膜塑形镜对儿童青少年近视患者视功能及视觉质量的影响.方法 120例儿童青少年近视患者按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组(角膜塑形镜)和对照组(框架眼镜),比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预后,观察组的眼轴长度、屈光度低于对照组,裸眼视力以及双眼调节幅度、调节灵敏度高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预前后OSI、MTF的组内与组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 角膜塑形镜矫正儿童青少年近视可改善患者的视功能,对视觉质量存在轻微影响,但不影响日常生活.
