外周血NK细胞与原发免疫性血小板减少症相关性的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the Correlation Between Peripheral Blood NK Cells and Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the correlation between peripheral blood natural killer(NK)cells and primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).Methods Pub Med,Springer Link,OVID,China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Chinese Sci-tech Periodicals(VIP),China Biomedical Literature Service System(Sino Med),Wanfang Medical Periodicals(WAN FANG)were searched comprehensively to find the studies on the relationship between NK cells and ITP.Meta-analysis was performed on the included studies using Review Manager 5.3 software.Results Finally,7 case-control studies were included,with a total of 514 subjects,including 302 in the ITP group and 212 in the control group.The results of Meta-analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between peripheral blood NK cell level and ITP(MD=-5.58,95％CI:-8.00 to-3.15,P＜0.000 01).The results of subgroup analysis showed that the level of NK cells in peripheral blood was significantly correlated with the newly diagnosed ITP(MD=-4.89,95％CI:-9.39 to-0.39,P=0.03).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between peripheral blood NK cell level and ITP.Targeted abnormal NK cells may have an impact on the occurrence and development of ITP,which provides a theoretical basis for its treatment plan.关键词
