基于Web of Science数据库的急性肾损伤文献计量学分析
Bibliometric Analysis of Acute Kidney Injury Based on Web of Science Database

Abstract
Objective To study the field of acute renal injury by bibliometrics,and to analyze the research hotspot and current situation of acute renal injury,so as to provide reference for clinical and basic research.Methods Literatures related to acute kidney injury from the establishment of the Web of Science database to 2021 were collected,and Cite Space 6.1 software was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 41 912 articles were collected,and the number of articles was increasing year by year.There were 158 countries and 3112 journals involved in the field of acute kidney injury research.The main research population was in the United States and China.Ronco C,Bellomo R,Kellum JA and Devarajan P were important core authors.The research institutions were mainly universities and hospitals,among which Harvard University and University of Pittsburgh were important members.The top 3 journals were Kidney International,PLoS One,American Journal of Physiology Renal Physiology.High frequency keywords included risk factors,outcome,etiology,basic research,prognosis or predictive risk factors,and dialysis replacement therapy research of acute kidney injury.The keywords with sudden increase included heart failure,inflammation,pathophysiology,protection,prediction,prognosis,etc.Conclusion Acute renal injury has been paid more and more attention in recent years,and the research focus has shifted from renal replacement therapy,risk factor screening and basic experiments to the evolution of pathophysiology,protective factors and predictive indexes in different etiology.The early diagnosis,protective factors and prognosis evaluation of acute renal injury are still hot and difficult.关键词
