Application of Multimodal MRI in the Identification of Parkinson's Disease and Its Phenotypes
目的 探讨多模态MRI在帕金森病(PD)及其表型鉴别中的应用.方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的80例PD患者为观察组,同期80例健康人群为对照组.两组均接受MRI检查,分析MRI鉴别PD表型的价值.结果 观察组左侧丘脑齿状核连接分区、双侧黑质、小脑上脚的FA值及左侧丘脑齿状核连接分区、双侧黑质、左侧额中回下部皮质AD值均高于对照组(P＜0.05).PIGD型患者的脑桥横束MD、AD值,以及右侧小脑皮质、右侧中脑AD值均高于TD…查看全部>>
