心理特权量表在职务犯罪人中的信效度检验
Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of the Psychological Entitlement Scale in Duty Criminals

Abstract
Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Psychological Entitlement Scale(PES)in duty criminals.Methods:Three hundred and eighty male duty criminals were recruited to complete PES.The item analysis and confirmation factor analysis were used to examine PES's reliability and construct validity.Narcis-sism personality inventory was administered to 151 of the above duty criminals to examine the criterion validity.The control group included 81 civil servants.They finished PES,and the scores were compared with the duty criminals'after matching the ranks.Results:The confirmatory factor analysis provided evidence for a good single-factor construct of PES:x2/df=1.08,CFI=0.99,IFI=0.99,TLI=0.98,RMSEA=0.031.The Internal consistency reliability was 0.77.The PES score was posi-tively correlated with overt narcissism total score(r=0.24)and three dimensions scores involving authority(r=0.19),superi-ority(r=0.24),and entitlement(r=0.32).The PES score of cadres with and below township was significantly higher than cad-res with bureau level and county level.The psychological entitlement level of duty criminals was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:The Chinese version of PES has acceptable psychometric properties when used for the as-sessment of psychological entitlement in duty criminals.关键词
