不同育肥期对松潘藏猪生长性能及肉品质的影响

Abstract
To explore the effects of different fattening period on the growth performance and meat quality of Songpan Tibetan pigs.Methods:24 Songpan Tibetan pigs of the same weight at the age of 3 months were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The growth performance and meat quality were measured.Results:the full-term daily gain of the test group was 7.20%lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The full-term feed weight ratio was 42.13%lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The slaughter rate,fat thickness and eye muscle area of the control group were 8.26%(P<0.05),29.43%(P<0.01)and 7.58%(P>0.05)higher than those of the test group,respectively.The water content,crude ash and crude protein of the test group were higher than those of the control group by 1.97%(P>0.05),4.32(P>0.05)and 9.54%(P<0.05),and the intramuscular fat of the test group was lower than that of the control group by 13.28%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Songpan Tibetan pigs can achieve better growth efficiency and meat quality by fattening and slaughtering for about 360 days(15 months)according to the traditional"grazing + semi house feeding"fattening method.关键词
