员工肮脏工作感问卷的编制
Development of the Perceived Dirty Work Questionnaire for Chinese Employees

Abstract
Objective:To develop the dirty workers'Perceived Dirty Work Questionnaire(PDWQ)and examine its reli-abilities and validities.Methods:Firstly,the initial questionnaire was formed by the content analysis of data collected from semi-structured interviews with 39 dirty workers,and the results of the open-ended questionnaire and expert interviews.Secondly,items analysis and exploratory factors analysis were conducted in 587 dirty workers.Thirdly,confirmatory factor analysis and reliability/validity analysis were performed in 468 dirty workers.Results:The final 18-item questionnaire consisted of three factors,namely dirty consciousness,dirty emotional experience and dirty behavioral tendency.The confir-matory factor analysis identified that the three factor model was well than one factor model;The PDWQ and its dimensions'internal consistency reliabilities were between 0.788 and 0.896,and the test-retest reliability for 154 participants after four weeks was 0.896;The PDWQ was positively correlated with work withdrawal behavior(r=0.333~0.451,P<0.01),and nega-tively correlated with workplace dignity(r=-0.507~-0.395,P<0.01).Conclusion:The PDWQ has good reliability and va-lidity,which can be used to evaluate the employees engaged in dirty work and effectively measure the perceived dirty work in Chinese dirty workers.关键词
