Abstract
Since 2022,due to the double impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and the economic downturn,the development of China's dairy industry has shown a phased surplus.In the case of rising feed costs such as alfalfa and soybean meal,the actual purchase price of fresh milk has gradually declined,dairy farming has come under pressure,and dairy enterprises are also facing the dilemma of sluggish consumer demand and increasing pressure on milk source digestion.The insufficient consumption of dairy products in China is a short board product that restricts the improvement of residents'dietary nutrition after entering the well-off stage in an all-round way.How to rapidly improve consumption and realize the transformation of dairy products into"necessities"of life is not only a great significance to the stable development of the dairy industry,but also an important starting point to promote the high-quality development of the dairy industry and help the national health in the long-term.关键词
