摘要

Abstract

The high-quality development of local characteristic dairy products is an important part of Inner Mongolia's dairy industry revitalization strategy.In recent years,the local traditional dairy industry in Xilingol League has been developed rapidly,making important contributions to the revitalization of Inner Mongolia's dairy industry and rural industry.But it still faces a series of problems and challenges such as milk source supply,production standards,small workshop transformation,research and development of new products,and market development.In response,targeted measures and suggestions were proposed to strengthen the construction of milk source bases,standardize production,upgrade manual small workshops,integrate industry,academia,and research,and promote brands.Promoting the high-quality development of local dairy products in Xilingol League will make more contributions to the revitalization of Inner Mongolia's dairy industry and local rural revitalization.
