Abstract
[Objective]To understand the drug resistance and virulence genes of Streptococcus uberis in dairy cows with endometritis.[Method]76 uterine mucus samples of streptococcus uberis in dairy cows with endometritis were collected from 5 dairy farms in Xianghe County.Streptococcus uberis was identified by PCR method. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of 8 antibiotics against Streptococcus uberis was determined by micro-broth dilution method to determine its drug resistance.PCR method was used to detect Streptococcus uberis carrying 10 virulence genes.[Result]18 strains of Streptococcus uberis were detected by PCR method, and the total isolation rate was 23.68%.18 strains of Streptococcus lactis were highly resistant to clindamycin, gentamicin and tetracycline, and the resistance rates were 66.67%,88.89%and 72.22%respectively,respectively.All strains carried slp, sua, gapC,fpb, cfu and pauA,while the detection rates of hasA,hasB and acdA were 38.89%,50.00%and 33.33%,respectively,and hasC was not detected.[Conclusion]Streptococcus uberis was one of the main pathogenic bacteria in dairy cow with endometritis in this area. The drug resistance was serious, and the virulence genes were widely prevalent. The monitoring should be strengthened and the drug should be used rationally.关键词
