Abstract

The transformation of the pig farming industry from the traditional small-scale scattered farming mode to the large-scale farming mode has brought greater environmental protection pressure and occupied farmland and other problems,and can not meet the diversified consumption needs of residents.In view of the many problems existing in the pig breeding industry at present,Zhejiang Agricultural Machinery Research Institute,relying on the agricultural key project of Jinhua City,jointly with related enterprises,developed a set of mobile intelligent pig house system and put it into application.The mobile intelligent pig house is composed of a movable box,an intelligent control system,a central control system and an intelligent environmental protection system.It can realize real-time monitoring of the microenvironment of the pig house through an automatic control module,and adjust environmental parameters and feeding parameters in real time according to the optimal growth environment of the pig herd,so as to provide a comfortable environment suitable for the growth and development of the pig.Avoid heat stress behavior of pigs caused by high temperature and high humidity.It can not only improve production performance and pork quality,but also reduce feed waste and environmental pollution of pig farm.The research results have been popularized in Quzhou Muzi Family Farm Co.,Ltd.and Jinhua Dayanhe Farm and ranch.
