摘要

Abstract

Milk beer is a new type of fermented milk beverage,which contains both the nutritional components of milk and the flavor and taste of yogurt,beer,and carbonated beverages,and is highly favored by consumers.This article reviews the research and development process and current situation of milk beer beverages,analyzes the problems in the milk beer market,and proposes suggestions for formulating industry(group)standards of milk beer beverages.
