Abstract
Objective To investigate the protective effect of jailed balloon technology on the collateral branches during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with bifurcated coronary lesions(BCL),as well as its impact on thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)flow grade and myocardial enzyme levels.Methods Sixty BCL patients who planned to undergo PCI surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)using a random number table method.The observation group used jailed balloon technology(JBT)to protect the collateral vessels,while the control group used traditional collateral vessel pro-tection methods.It was compared of surgical indicators,the protective effect of side branches,myocardial en-zyme levels,and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Results The surgical time and X-ray exposure time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of guide wire and contrast agent was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).TIMI perfusion grade 3 of the collateral vessels was higher in the observation group after main vessel stent implantation(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in cardiac troponin T(cTnT)and creatine kinase(CK)between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);24 hours after surgery,the levels of cTnT and CK in both groups de-creased(P<0.05),but the levels of the above indicators had no difference between the groups(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of JBT during PCI in BCL patients can significantly re-duce the compression of the collateral vessels,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,effectively improve myocardial enzyme levels.It is worthy clinical promotion with high safety.关键词
