Abstract
Premature birth is the main cause of neonatal death at present,and the treatment of inevita-ble premature infants with small gestational weeks has always been a difficult problem in obstetrics.With the development of perinatal medicine,the treatment expectations of premature infants and even very low birth weight infants are increasing.Cesarean section with preservation of fetal membrane sac(en caul cesarean section)has many advantages for premature infants,including buffering the pressure on fetus during delivery,reducing the incidence of fetal aspiration of amniotic fluid and asphyxia,and decreasing the risk of amniotic fluid embolism in parturients.This article reviews the difference between en caul cesarean section and traditional cesarean section,the influencing factors of success rate,and influence on maternal-infant of en caul cesarean section so as to provide reference for the procedure selection of premature delivery.关键词
