The Relationship among Class Environment,Personal Growth Initiative and Well-being of Migrant Children:Based on the Latent Variable Growth Model

Abstract
Objective:To explore the changing track and relationship among class environment,personal growth initia-tive and well-being of migrant children.Methods:Using My Class Questionnaire,Personal Growth Initiative Scale and Ox-ford Happiness Questionnaire simple scale,289 migrant children were followed up three times for three years.Results:①The class environment of migrant children was relatively stable,and their personal growth initiative and happiness in-creased linearly.②Class environment directly predicted the initial level of migrant children's well-being,and also predict-ed the initial level and development speed of their well-being through the initial level of personal growth initiative;And we predicted the development speed of happiness through the development speed of personal growth initiative.Conclusion:Migrant children's class environment perception is relatively stable;Personal growth initiative and happiness increased sig-nificantly;Class environment can play a direct role in the development of happiness,and can also play a vertical intermedi-ary role in happiness through personal growth initiative.关键词
