Abstract
Objective To explore a combination of hyaluronic acid and porcine collagen suitable for eye rejuvenation,and evaluate its effectiveness and safety.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients with ocular lightening treated with a combination of hyaluronic acid and porcine collagen.Treatment was performed on the eyebrow arches,eye sockets,double eyelids,lying silkworms,and lacrimal sulcus,respectively.GAIS aesthetic scores were performed before and immediately after treatment,as well as 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment,respectively,and were evaluated by two professional doctors who did not participate in the treatment.Results There was a statistically significant difference in GAIS scores(0.7±0.76)immediately after treatment,1 month(1.67±0.5)after treatment,3 months(2.52±0.75)after treatment,and 6 months(3.09±0.58)after treatment(P＜0.01).Conclusion The combination of hyaluronic acid and pig collagen can form complementary material properties,which is suitable for the treatment of eye rejuvenation and deserves further clinical research.关键词
