Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT)on vascular embolism after injection of sodium hyaluronate gel.Methods Twenty-three patients admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to October 2023 who suffered vascular embolism after facial injection of hyaluronic acid were selected as the objects of this study,on the basis of comprehensive treatment,all patients were given timely hyperbaric oxygen therapy and targeted nursing intervention.Results All patients were treated with HBOT 2-30 times,of which 21 were cured(91.3％)and 2 were effective(8.7％),leaving spastic scars.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of HBOT on vascular embolization after injection of sodium hyaluronate gel is significant,and it is recommended that the earlier the intervention,the better the curative effect.关键词
