瘢痕内分离术联合二氧化碳点阵激光治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of facial concave scar patients treated with scar separation surgery combined with carbon dioxide dot matrix laser.Method Sixty patients with facial depressed scars admitted to the dermatology department of Fuqing City Hospital in Fujian Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a double blind method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with carbon dioxide lattice laser,while the observation group was treated with scar separation surgery in combination with the control group.Compare the clinical treatment effects of two groups.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P＜0.05).The pigmentation and scar area in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The oil content in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the skin moisture content was higher than that in the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).The ECCA weight score of acne scar degree in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The Vancouver Scar Scale score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of pigmentation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);The incidence of persistent erythema showed no significant difference compared to the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Patients with facial depressed scars have better results under the combination of scar separation surgery and carbon dioxide dot matrix laser treatment,therefore the combination of scar separation surgery and carbon dioxide dot matrix laser treatment has more promotional value.关键词
