Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of local skin flap in repairing soft tissue defect of head and face.Methods 100 cases of patients with head and facial soft tissue defect were admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the method of numerical random table,50 cases in the control group were received routine repair treatment,and 50 cases in the observation group were received local flap repair treatment,the scar recovery,repair effect,complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the scar width,elasticity,flatness and color scores at 6 months after the operation were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The healing time and suture removal time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05),the survival rate of skin flap was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower 6 months after operation(P＜0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of complications was 4.00％,which was lower than 20.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).In the observation group,the satisfaction of patients was 96.00％,which was higher than 82.00％in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of local skin flap in the treatment of head and facial soft tissue defects can achieve good results and promote effective scar recovery,and the survival rate of skin flap is higher,the recurrence rate and the complication rate are lower,which can further improve the satisfaction of patients with the repair.关键词
