Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of modified local propulsion flap repair in patients with thumb finger defect.Methods Seventy-five patients with thumb finger defect diagnosed and treated from 2020-01 to 2023-01 were divided into two groups according to treatment methods,37 patients in the control group and 38 patients in the observation group.Results(1)The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);(2)the excellent rate in the observation group was 97.37％(37/38),which was higher than that in the control group(78.38％(29/37)(x2=4.730,P=0.030).(3)The scores of skin flap softness,aesthetics,skin elasticity and finger flexibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);(4)After treatment,the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the quality of life score in the observation group was higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified local propulsion flap repair treatment can enhance the repair effect of patients with thumb finger defects,alleviate bad mood and improve the quality of life,and the effect is significant.关键词
