减数正畸联合牙周系统治疗错畸形伴中度牙周炎的效果

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of reduced orthodontic treatment combined with periodontal system in the treatment of malocclusion with moderate periodontitis.Methods 62 patients with malocclusion with moderate periodontitis from March 2021 to May 2023.126 of 62 patients were treated with combined periodontal system.252 adjacent teeth with reduced teeth were selected as the observation group,and 252 teeth with the opposite side of the adjacent teeth were selected as the control group.The periodontal-related indicators of the two groups,the alveolar height,the level of inflammatory factors in the gingival sulcus fluid and the level of periodontal pathogenic bacteria before and after treatment were observed.Results The comparison of periodontal exploration depth(PD)and gingival crevicular bleeding index(SBI)between the two groups was not significant(P＞0.05);The comparison of alveolar height without the statistical difference(P＞0.05),The height of the alveolar side after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P＜0.05);Tumor necrosis factor-ɑ(TNF 41-ɑ),interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower than those before treatment,Interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than before treatment(P＜0.05);After treatment,the periodontal pathogens Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg),Forestana(Tf),Treponema tartarsum(Td),and Prevotella intermedius(Pi)were less than before treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of reduced orthodontics combined with periodontal system with moderate periodontitis can effectively improve the periodontal condition,improve the height of alveolar bone of reduced adjacent teeth,relieve inflammation level and reduce dental plaque.关键词
