Research progress of microRNA in liquid biopsy in diagnosis of breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Breast cancer is the most common female cancer with the highest mortality in the world.At present,the clinical diagnosis technology of breast cancer has limitations,while liquid biopsy technology provides feasible guidance for early diagnosis of tumor.Liquid biopsy is a less invasive diagnostic tool.Compared with conventional examination methods,it is convenient,easy to operate,low in cost,less painful and repeatable.It can extract tumor components from biological fluids,thereby contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of disease characteristics.microRNA(miRNA)molecules play a very important role in the process of many diseases.In this review,the research results of miRNA in liquid biopsy in the field of breast cancer in recent five years are introduced and summarized,as well as the challenge of applying the screened diagnostic biomarkers to clinical research.关键词
