Research progress on care burden of caregivers for children with hypospadias
摘要
Abstract
Hypospadias is a common congenital malformation of the genitourinary system,and patients need repeated surgical treatment and long-term care.Factors such as physical and mental health,family economic status and social support of children with hypospadias and their caregivers have a huge impact on the care burden of caregivers for children with hypospadias.The role of these factors varies in different stages of care and can dynamically change over time.Care burden is involved in the entire diagnosis,treatment,and rehabilitation period,and even extends to the child's adolescence,which has a negative impact on the physical and mental health of the caregivers and is also detrimental to the child's recovery.Therefore,the research on the care burden of caregivers for children with hypospadias has always been one of the hot spots in the field of nursing and medicine and involves related policy and social issues.This article reviews the care burden of caregivers for children with hypospadias,providing a reference for reducing the care burden of caregivers.This article summarizes the research from the following perspectives:the related concepts and research progress of care burden,the influencing factors and intervention measures of care burden of caregivers for children with hypospadias,etc.关键词
