自血疗法治疗支气管哮喘的应用研究进展
Study progress in the application of self-blood acupoint injection therapy in the treatment of bronchial asthma
摘要
Abstract
Asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease involving multiple cells and cellular components,characterized by recurrent wheezing,and shortness of breath,with or without chest tightness or cough.As the disease progresses,it can lead to changes in airway structure,namely airway remodeling.In recent years,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has developed various methods and outstanding therapeutic effects in treating chronic persistent asthma.Among them,self-blood acupoint injection therapy is widely used in clinical practice,with significant therapeutic effects,minimal adverse reactions,and a low recurrence rate.It is widely accepted by patients due to its convenience,economy,and effectiveness.The article collects and organizes relevant literature on the treatment of bronchial asthma with blood therapy in recent years by searching the China national knowledge infrastructure database.This article reviews the research from three aspects:clinical research,mechanism research,and research on the factors influencing self-blood acupoint injection therapy,and analyzes the research status of the treatment of bronchial asthma,with a view to providing a reference for the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma and the application of self-blood acupoint injection therapy in respiratory diseases,so as to promote the application of self-blood acupoint injection therapy in clinical practice.关键词
