Application of Behavior Sensitization Model in Psychoactive Substances Research
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the methods for evaluating the abuse and dependence potential of psychoactive substances.Methods The relevant studies were searched to summarize the formation mechanism of drug sensitization of psychoactive substances,the establishment of relevant animal behavioral sensitization models,the characteristics of drug sensitization induced by different types of psychoactive substances,and the application of behavioral sensitization models in the research of psychoactive substances.Results The behavioral sensitization model is suitable for many kinds of model animals,and can be used for different kinds of psychoactive substances,which can be applied to the study of the mechanism of addiction,the addiction mode of psychoactive substances,and the treatment methods of drug abuse/dependence disorders.Conclusion The behavioral sensitization model has a certain value in the abuse and potential evaluation of psychoactive substances.关键词
