miRNAs与放射性心脏损伤的相关性研究进展
Research progress on the correlation between miRNAs and radiation-induced heartdisease
摘要
Abstract
Radiation therapy(radiotherapy),as an important means of comprehensive treatment for various malignant tumors,plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of chest tumors.With the continuous development of radiotherapy technology,the overall survival rate of malignant tumor patients and the incidence of radiation-related damages are constantly increasing.Radiation-induced heartdisease(RIHD)has gradually become an important factor affecting the quality of life and prognosis of patients receiving tumor radiotherapy.At present,the pathogenesis of RIHD is gradually being elucidated,and some potential methods for preventing and treating RIHD have been proposed.miRNAs are noncoding small molecular RNAs approximately 22 nucleotides in size,playing an important role in gene regulation.miRNAs can regulate a variety of cardiac functions and have developmental,pathophysiological,and clinical significance.There is increasing evidence to suggest that the expression of miRNAs is closely related to RIHD.This article reviews the role of miRNAs in the occurrence and development of radiation-induced heart damage,based on the current status of RIHD,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of RIHD.关键词
