Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate assisted nasal high flow oxygen therapy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and type Ⅱ respiratory failure admitted to Hospital of the Third Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with nasal high flow oxygen therapy,and the study group was combined with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:Treatment for 8 weeks,the total effective rate,pulmonary function indexes,exercise tolerance(6MWT)and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions,respiratory rate(RR)and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD with typeⅡ respiratory failure,Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate assisted nasal high flow oxygen therapy can effectively relieve the patients'lung function indicators,improve their exercise tolerance,and also have a significant role in promoting the control and improvement of the disease,with good clinical value.关键词
