Effect Analysis of Argatroban Combined with Antiplatelet Drug in the Treatment of Patients with Posterior Circulation Branch Atherosclerosis Disease Type Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Argatroban combined with antiplatelet drug in the treatment of patients with posterior circulation branch atherosclerosis disease(BAD)type acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 90 patients with posterior circulation BAD type acute cerebral infarction treated in Shanghai Seventh People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antiplatelet drug,and the observation group was treated with Argatroban based on the treatment regimen of the control group.Nerve injury related factors,cerebrovascular reserve capacity(CVRC)and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of nerve injury related factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic blood flow velocity in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the resistance index in observation group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Argatroban combined with antiplatelet drug in the treatment of patients with posterior circulation BAD type acute cerebral infarction can effectively reduce nerve injury and improve CVRC,and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
