腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床有效性研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effectiveness of extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair for inguinal hernia in the elderly.Method:A total of 62 patients with inguinal hernia who received treatment in Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.Patients in both groups underwent hernia repair under laparoscopy,the control group adopted the peritoneal pre-peritoneal approach,and the research group adopted the complete extraperitoneal approach.The pain degree 24 h and 48 h after surgery,postoperative complications and perioperative indicators of patients in the two groups were observed.Result:24 h after surgery,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);48 h after operation,VAS score of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the research group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operative time,postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay time of the research group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both laparoscopic peritoneal pre-peritoneal approach and laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal approach have good safety,but complete extraperitoneal approach has relatively less surgical trauma,shorter operation time and shorter postoperative pain duration.关键词
