Application Effect of Mobile Pharmacist Collaborative System in the Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of the mobile pharmacist collaboration system in the inpatient pharmacy.Methods The current development and application status of the mobile pharmacist collaboration system were analyzed from the aspects of system operating environment,software design,workflow,and functions,and its application effect was compared with manual dispensing mode.Results The mobile pharmacist collaboration system could realize mobility,paperless,and high efficiency of dispensing drugs,achieve closed-loop management of the high efficiency of dispensing drugs.Compared with those by the manual dispensing mode,the number of dispensing orders decreased by 77.99％,the number of dispensing items decreased by 51.63％,and the number of drug withdrawal entries decreased by 61.56％,and the cost of dispensing services of inpatient pharmacy decreased by CNY 64 600 after implementing the mobile pharmacist collaboration system.Conclusion The mobile pharmacist collaboration system can reduce the time of dispensing,the working intensity of pharmacists,the dispensing service cost of inpatient pharmacy,realize the fine management of drug withdrawal information,and improve work efficiency.关键词
