四川省医疗机构中药制剂备案管理现状分析与思考
Current Situation of Filing Management for Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations in Medical Institutions in Sichuan Province

Abstract
Objective To review the filing status of traditional Chinese medicine preparations(including traditional Chinese medicine preparations and ethnic medicine preparations)in medical institutions in Sichuan Province,to analyze the existing problems,and to propose development strategies.Methods Through collating statistics of the filing information of traditional Chinese medicine preparations issued by the Sichuan Medical Products Administration from January 1,2019 to May 16,2022,the development status of traditional Chinese medicine preparations prepared by medical institutions in Sichuan Province was analyzed from two aspects:registration of traditional Chinese medicine preparations(dosage form,efficacy indication)and registration institutions(administrative level,regional distribution).Results There were 2 720 filed traditional Chinese medicine preparations,with the main dosage forms being pills(48.20％),powders(19.93％),capsules(9.63％).A total of 1 026(37.72％)traditional Chinese medicine preparations have been filed,with the main therapeutic effects being promoting blood circulation(30.02％),clearing heat(18.81％),and tonifying(16.08％).A total of 76 medical institutions have applied for filing preparations,including 49 public medical institutions and 27 private hospitals and clinics,mostly concentrated in Chengdu City.A total of 862(84.02％)traditional Chinese medicine preparations have been filled in public medical institutions,including 259(25.24％)provincial-level hospitals,421(41.03％)municipal hospitals,and 182(17.74％)county-level and below hospitals,most of which could produce and prepare their own preparations.A total of 1 694(62.28％)ethnic medicine preparations have been filled,distributed in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture(1 290 preparations),Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture(280 preparations),and Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture(124 preparations),but only 15 medical institutions had applied for filing preparations.Conclusion There are a large number of filled traditional Chinese medicine preparations in Sichuan Province,and mainly contributed by the provincial and municipal public medical institutions.The regional medical characteristics of the filing of preparations are relatively distinct.关键词
