"互联网+药学服务"对某社区儿童用药合理性的影响
Influence of"Internet+Pharmaceutical Care"on the Rationality of Drug Use Among Children in a Community

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of"Internet+pharmaceutical care"on the rationality of drug use among children in a community.Methods A total of 300 children in 31 communities covered by the hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the blank control group,the traditional method control group,and the internet intervention group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Children in the blank group did not implement intervention measures for rational drug use outside the hospital.Children in the traditional method control group were given traditional pharmaceutical care intervention such as medication knowledge popularization and long-term follow-up.Children in the Internet intervention group were given the pharmaceutical care intervention through the Internet.All children were followed up once a month for six months.The incidence of irrational drug use,medication errors,drug-induced injury,and adverse drug events,and the medication compliance,cognitive ability scores of safe medication,medical expenses,and hospitalization rates were compared among the three groups.Results After intervention,in the Internet intervention group,traditional method control group,and blank control group,the incidence rates of irrational drug use were 6.00％,18.00％,and 29.00％,respectively;the incidence rates of medication errors were 1.00％,9.00％,and 16.00％,respectively;the incidence rates of adverse drug events were 3.00％,12.00％,and 19.00％,respectively;the incidence rates of drug-induced injury were 4.00％,21.00％,and 35.00％,respectively;the medication compliance scores were(6.81±1.12)points,(5.89±1.26)points,and(4.22±1.54)points,respectively,the cognitive ability scores of safe medication were(8.97±1.01)points,(7.81±1.42)points,and(6.43±1.29)points,respectively;the hospitalization rates were 6.00％,14.00％,and 22.00％,respectively;the medical expenses were CNY(3 645.4± 946.3),CNY(4 837.3±1 098.4),and CNY(6 723.4±1 988.9),respectively,with significant differences among the three groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion"Internet+pharmaceutical care"is helpful to improve the medication compliance and safe medication cognitive ability of children in the community,reduce drug-induced injury,and save medical expenses.关键词
