Diagnosis and treatment of pediatric psoriasis
摘要
Abstract
Psoriasis is a chronic,recurrent and inflammatory skin disease characterized by well-circumscribed scaly plaques,which can affect the skin,nails and joints.The causes of psoriasis include genetic,environmental,immune and other factors.Psoriasis is not uncommon in children.Its diagnosis is usually based on its clinical characteristics of lesions.It should be differentiated from other erythematous scaly diseases,such as atopic dermatitis,pityriasis lichenoides,pityriasis rubra pilaris and pityriasis rosea.Mild psoriasis can choose topical treatment,but moderate or severe psoriasis need to consider phototherapy and systemic treatment.In addition to traditional drugs such as methotrexate and acitretin,in recent years,some biological agents have been approved for pediatric psoriasis at home and abroad,which provide new methods for the treatment of moderate to severe psoriasis in children.This article reviews the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric psoriasis to provide reference for it.关键词
