超声引导下麦默通真空辅助乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性结节的效果及对术后并发症的影响
The Effect of Ultrasound-guided MMT-assisted Minimally Invasive Rotational Resection in the Treatment of Breast Benign Nodules and Its Impact on Postoperative Complications

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided MMT-assisted minimally invasive rotational resection in the treatment of benign breast nodules and its effect on postoperative complications.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 patients with benign breast masses diagnosed and treated at Fujian Medical University Affiliated Mindong Hospital from January to September 2022.All patients were divided into the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=66)according to surgical methods.The control group underwent traditional surgical resection,while the observation group underwent ultrasound-guided MMT-assisted minimally invasive rotational resection.The observation group was further divided into superficial minimally invasive rotational resection group(nodule to epidermis depth<10 mm,n=32)and deep minimally invasive rotational resection group(nodule to epidermis depth≥10 mm,n=34)based on the depth of the excised nodule to epidermis.The intraoperative bleeding volume,hospital stay,surgical time,postoperative pain,postoperative scar status,and postoperative complications of the three groups of patients were compared.Result:The intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative 24 h VAS scores,postoperative 48 h VAS scores and VSS scores of patients in the superficial minimally invasive rotational resection group and deep minimally invasive rotational resection group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the surgical time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time,VAS scores at 24 and 48 hours after operation and VSS score between superficial minimally invasive rotational resection group and deep minimally invasive rotational resection group(P>0.05),and the difference in postoperative complications among the three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional resection surgery,ultrasound-guided MMT-assisted minimally invasive rotational resection has better therapeutic effects and better safety for benign superficial and deep breast nodules.关键词
