摘要
Abstract
Pustular psoriasis is a type of psoriasis characterized by aseptic pustules on an erythematous base.Generalized pustular psoriasis(GPP)significantly affects patients'quality of life and even threatens their lives.The treatments with traditional systemic drugs have some obvious disadvantages,such as slow and limited effects and intolerance.In recent years,the biologics have significantly improved the curative effect of GPP.This paper reviews the progress of biologics in the treatment of GPP,and focuses on the efficacy and safety of these biologics in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of GPP.关键词
