Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor and its influence on quality of life in patients with bladder tumor.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on 162 patients with bladder tumor diagnosed in Mindong Hospital of Ningde City from August 2018 to August 2021,and they were divided into the conventional group(n=80)and the study group(n=82)according to surgical treatment methods.The conventional group was given open partial cystectomy,the study group underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor,the effect,perioperative situation,postoperative complications,recurrence rate and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:Three months after operation,the surgical total effect rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The operative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the conventional group,and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The postoperative complications and recurrence rates 12 weeks after operation of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the quality of life scores of the study group after operation were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral resection of bladder tumor for bladder tumor has definite therapeutic effect.It has the advantages of short time-consuming,simple operation,less complications,rapid postoperative recovery and low recurrence rate.It can improve the quality of life of bladder tumor patients.关键词
