摘要
Abstract
To summarize Chen Chaoming's clinical experience in treating meibomian gland dysfunction type dry eye with"Ziyin Runmu"acupuncture.Professor Chen believes that the occurrence of meibomian gland dysfunction type dry eye is mostly closely related to the abnormal secretion of eyelid fat in the meibomian gland,and the core pathogenesis of dry eye is the instability of tear film,which leads to the occurrence of dry eyes and other uncomfortable symptoms."Ziyin Runmu"acupuncture includes body acupuncture and meibomian gland prick,which has the function of nourishing the liver and kidney and regulating the function of the meibomian gland.The clinical application of this method to treat meibomian gland dysfunction type dry eye can effectively improve the ocular discomfort of patients with meibomian gland dysfunction type dry eye.关键词
