基于郁乃痤理论探讨茵陈蒿汤合桃红四物汤治疗湿热瘀结型痤疮的效果
Exploration of the therapeutic effect of Yinchenhao Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction on dampness-heat stasis type acne based on the theory of"depression causes acne"

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinchenhao Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat stasis type acne based on the theory of"depression causes acne".Methods A total of 96 cases with dampness-heat stasis type acne admitted to the Medical Aesthetics Department of Xiamen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a test group,with 48 cases in each group.In the control group,Grade Ⅱ patients were treated with an external application of 1%adapalene gel,while Grade Ⅲ and above patients were treated with oral minocycline based on the external application;Based on the treatment in the control group,patients in the test group were treated with Yinchenhao decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction.After 2 months of drug intervention,the treatment efficacy,changes in skin lesions,serum levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)scale scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-8,IGF-1,and TNF-α in the serum of both groups of patients significantly decreased compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),and the test group showed a more significant decrease compared to the control group(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,changes in skin lesions,and DLQI score in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the total effective rate of the test group(91.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yinchenhao decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction based on the theory that"depression causes acne"can significantly improve the degree of skin lesions in patients with dampness-heat stasis type acne,reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and DLQI score,lower the levels of IL-8,IGF-1,and TNF-α in serum,and ultimately improve the quality of life and clinical treatment effect of patients.关键词
