银屑病关节炎的诊疗进展

摘要
Abstract
Psoriatic arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease involving joint inflammation that could present with skin lesions,peripheral or axial arthritis,dactylitis,or nail lesions.Signs and symptoms of psoriatic arthritis include stiff,painful joints with redness,heat,and swelling in the surrounding tissues.It is associated with comorbidities such as cardiovascular disease,metabolic syndrome,and obesity.Given this heterogeneity,its diagnosis has been difficult.Here we present an updated review of its clinical features,early diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and new therapeutic approaches including new biologic medications,for providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
