口服维生素B6、维生素E预防泌尿系草酸钙结石术后留置双J管附壁结石形成疗效研究
Study on the efficacy of oral administration of vitamin B6 and vitamin E in preventing the formation of indwelling double J tube wall-attached calculus after surgery for calcium oxalate calculus in the urinary system

Abstract
Objective To explore whether oral administration of vitamin B6 and vitamin E can prevent the formation of indwelling ureteral stent-attached calculus after surgery for calcium oxalate calculus in the urinary system.Methods Clinical data and calculus specimens of patients with calcium oxalate calculus hospitalized and treated in the Department of Urology of Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from February 2019 to December 2021 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 108 patients with calculus were selected and divided into a vitamin group and a blank control group based on the availability of drug use.Among them,44 patients in the vitamin group and 64 patients in the blank control group were included in the study.The weight gain of double J tubes before and after the placement of double J tubes after calculus surgery,the formation of double J tube wall-attached calculus,and patient baseline,creatinine,endogenous creatinine clearance rate,direct bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,and other indicators in the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results After oral administration of vitamin B6 and vitamin E,the proportion of patients with wall-attached calculus after removing the double J tube was 2.27%(1/44),lower than 23.44%(15/64)of the blank control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Moreover,the weight gain of double J tubes of patients in the vitamin group was significantly lower than that of patients in the blank control group,wit statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Creatinine,total bilirubin and direct bilirubin were reduced in both groups compared with the preoperative period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but none of the differences were statistically significant in the between-group comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion This study found that oral administration of vitamin B6 and vitamin E can effectively inhibit the formation of double J tube wall-attached calculus after placement of double J tubes in patients with calcium oxalate calculus after surgery.The combination of the two drugs may be an effective strategy to reduce the risk of postoperative recurrence in patients with calcium oxalate calculus.关键词
