Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of shoulder arthroscopic surgery combined with fixed-point lax technique on joint function recovery and hemodynamics in patients with shoulder rotator cuff injury.Method:A total of 78 patients with shoulder rotator cuff injury admitted to Jingjiang Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the study group(39 cases)and the control group(39 cases)according to the ratio of 1∶1.The control group was treated with traditional shoulder arthroscopic surgery,and the study group was treated with fixed-point lax technique on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared by shoulder range of motion score,hemodynamics indexes,University of California at Los Angeles(UCLA)shoulder joint score,American shoulder and elbow surgeons(ASES)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score.Result:6 weeks after surgery,the scores of abduction,forward flexion,internal rotation and external rotation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 weeks after surgery,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 weeks after surgery,the scores of UCLA shoulder joint and ASES in the study group were higher than those in the control group;the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shoulder arthroscopic surgery combined with fixed-point lax technique in patients with shoulder rotator cuff injury can significantly improve the recovery of shoulder joint function and hemodynamics,reduce the pain degree.关键词
