某院2020-2022年住院胰岛素使用情况分析
Analysis of insulin usage for hospitalized patients in a hospital from 2020 to 2022

Abstract
Objective To understand the insulin usage and characteristics of Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University(Xiamen Branch)(our hospital),so as to provide a reference for rational clinical medication.Methods The insulin usage from January 2021 to December 2022 was exported from our hospital's HIS system,and statistical analyses on sales amount,defined daily dose system(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),and sort ratio(B/A)were conducted.Results From 2020 to 2022,the sales amount of insulin had been increasing year by year,with insulin aspart injection,insulin aspart 30 injection,insulin degludec injection,and insulin glargine injection accounting for the top four in terms of sales amount.Over the past three year,insulin aspart injection had consistently ranked first in DDDs.The DDC rankings of insulin detemir injection,insulin glargine injection,and insulin degludec injection were all relatively high.Conclusion The usage of insulin in our hospital is reasonable,but there are still shortcomings.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen supervision and intervention.关键词
