纳米技术在类风湿关节炎诊断及治疗中的应用前景
The application prospects of nanotechnology in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a kind of autoimmune disease.It is one of the main causes of disability.It is characterized by chronic inflammation which leads to the destruction of joints and the injury of external joints.Current diagnostic tools for RA have certain deficiencies,and therapeutic drugs have some problems such as therapeutic effect limitation and adverse reactions.Therefore,relevant improvement is still a hot topic in the research field.Nanotechnology can not only be applied to improve the diagnostic efficacy of the disease,but also can be more widely applied to the existing therapeutic drugs modified into RA.Through the selective accumulation and controlled release of the inflammatory site,the anti-inflammatory therapeutic effect can be enhanced,the dose and the drug adverse reaction can be reduced.By summarizing recent research progress,this paper summarizes the application status of nanotechnology in RA,hoping to help broaden the research thinking and clinical practice of RA.关键词
