自体血回输对脑外伤手术患者脑氧代谢及炎症损伤的影响研究
Study on the Influence of Autologous Blood Transfusion on Brain Oxygen Metabolism and Inflammatory Damage of Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of autologous blood transfusion on brain oxygen metabolism and inflammatory damage of patients with craniocerebral trauma surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients with surgery for craniocerebral trauma admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2023 were divided into control group 50 cases and observation group 50 cases by the random number table method.The control group was treated with allogeneic blood transfusion,the observation group was treated with autologous blood transfusion.The coagulation indexes[platelet(PLT),platelet aggregation rate,prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplatin time(APTT)],brain oxygen metabolism[jugular vein blood saturation(SjvO2),arterial-jugular venous oxygen content differenc(CajvO2)and cerebral extraction ratio of oxygen(CERO2)]and inflammatory damage indexes[Toll-nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)signal pathways and related inflammatory factors]of two groups before and after the operation were compared.Result:The coagulation indexes,brain oxygen metabolism and inflammatory damage indexes of two groups before the operation were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);at 24th and 48th hour after the operation,the PLT,platelet aggregation rate of observation group were increased first and decreased afterwards,the PT and APTT were increased first and decreased afterwards,and the levels were all significantly lower than those of the control group;at once and 24th hour after the operation,the SjvO2 of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,while the CajvO2,CERO2 and inflammatory damage indexes were all significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The autologous blood transfusion can effectively balance the cerebral oxygen metabolism state and control inflammatory damage of patients with surgery on craniocerebral trauma.关键词
