平颤舒筋汤联合盐酸苯海索对帕金森病患者认知功能及多巴胺功能的影响
Effect of Pingchan Shujin Decoction Combined with Benzhexol Hydrochloride on Cognitive Function and Dopamine Function in Patients with Parkinson's Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pingchan Shujin Decoction combined with benhexol hydrochloride in the treatment of Parkinson's disease,and its effect on cognitive function and dopamine function of patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the envelope blind selection method,with 53 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with benhexol hydrochloride combined with Pramipexole,while the patients in the observation group were treated with benhexol hydrochloride combined with Pingchan Shujin Decoction.Both groups were treated for three months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.34％,which was significantly higher than 79.25％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)score,and Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire-39(PDQ-39)score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)score in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the expression levels of dopamine,serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),neurotrophic factor 3(NT-3),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),while the expression levels of cystatin C(CysC)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was comparable to that in the control group(11.32％vs.18.87％,P＞0.05).Conclusion Pingchan Shujin Decoction combined with benhexol hydrochloride is effective and safe in the treatment of Parkinson's disease,which can effectively improve patients'clinical symptoms,alleviate cognitive dysfunction,enhance the function of dopamine neurons and levels of neurotrophic factors in the brain,and inhibit inflammatory reactions.关键词
