心理康复对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响
The effect of psychological rehabilitation on limb function and quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective By implementing psychological rehabilitation interventions,to observe its impact on limb motor function and quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Qingyuan and Qingyuan Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into Group A(n=30)and Group B(n=30)using a random number allocation table method.Group A received routine diagnosis and treatment in the hospital for the intervention,while Group B received psychological rehabilitation intervention based on routine diagnosis and treatment.The psychological status,limb function,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After the intervention,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of Group B were significantly lower than those of Group A,and the limb function scores were significantly higher than those of Group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The neurological function score of Group B after intervention was significantly lower than that of Group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of life after intervention in both groups was significantly improved compared to that before intervention,and the quality of life in Group B was significantly higher than that in Group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing psychological rehabilitation intervention on stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve their poor psychological status,improve limb motor function,promote neurological function recovery,and thereby improve their quality of daily life.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.关键词
