子午流注纯艾条灸对人工流产术后疼痛的影响研究
Study on the Influence of Midnight-noon Ebb-flow Acupoint Selection Pure Moxibustion with Moxa Sticks on Pain after Induced Abortion

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection pure moxibustion with moxa sticks on pain after induced abortion.Method:A total of 80 patients with pain after induced abortion who were treated in the Preventive Medicine Department and Gynecology Department of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Sanshui Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with non-selective time moxibustion with moxa sticks after surgery.The observation group was treated with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection pure moxibustion with moxa sticks after surgery.The pain scores before treatment and at 24,48,72 h after treatment were compared,pain disappear time,uterine bleeding duration,menstrual recurrence for the first time were recorded.Before treatment and 1 week after treatment the thickness of endometrium was measured by vaginal two-dimensional color doppler ultrasound,the levels of sex hormones(follicle-stimulating hormone,estradiol,luteinizing hormone,oxytocin)were measured by radioimmunoassay.Result:The pain scores of the observation group were(3.02±0.30),(2.16±0.20)and(1.08±0.12)scores at 24,48 and 72 hours after treatment,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group[(3.85±0.45),(3.34±0.42)and(2.88±0.36)scores],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the time of pain disappearance was(3.40±0.42)d,the duration of uterine bleeding was(5.30±1.12)d and menstrual recurrence for the first time was(22.83±6.22)d,which were significantly shorter than(6.12±1.60),(8.65±2.22)and(30.58±8.15)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 week after treatment,the thickness of endometrium,follicle-stimulating hormone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone of the observation group were(8.18±1.28)mm,(9.90±0.55)U/L,(129.43±5.33)pg/mL,(9.88±0.68)U/L,respectively.The above indexes were significantly higher than(5.05±0.66)mm,(6.86±0.42)U/L,(110.72±5.06)pg/mL,(7.38±0.66)U/L of the observation groups before treatment and(6.82±1.10)mm,(7.33±0.58)U/L,(122.38±5.18)pg/mL,(9.02±0.70)U/L in the control group one week after treatment,the oxytocin in the observation group was(12.62±2.08)μg/L,which was significantly lower than(16.78±2.24)μg/L before treatment and(14.85±2.12)μg/L in the control group one week after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection pure moxibustion with moxa sticks in induced abortion can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain and shorten the duration of pain,improve the level of sex hormones,promote the growth of endometrium,shorten the duration of uterine bleeding and menstrual recurrence for the first time.关键词
