Abstract
Objective To explore the medication law of TCM in the treatment of epistaxis based on the TCM inheritance Auxiliary Platform 2.5 software;To explore new combinations of prescriptions.Methods Literature about TCM treatment for epistaxis was retrieved from CNKI,Wangfang Data,VIP and CBM from the establishment of the databases to December 1,2022.The data were input into the TCM inheritance Auxiliary Platform and a prescription database was established.Data mining functions such as frequency statistics,association rules and complex network were used to analyze the use frequency,commonly used drug pairs,and combination rules of drugs in the prescription for epistaxis,and new prescriptions were explored.Results Totally 221 effective prescriptions were screened out,involving 265 kinds of Chinese materia medica.Among them,33 kinds of commonly used Chinese materia medica were used more than or equal to 20,and the first three were:Rehmanniae Radix,Scutellariae Radix,and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle.The properties were mainly cold and warm,tastes were mainly bitter and sweet,and meridians were mainly liver,lung,heart,spleen,and stomach meridians.There were 46 groups of commonly used combinations,36 core combinations,and 16 new prescriptions were found.The analysis found that Rehmanniae Radix was the core drug for the treatment of epistaxis,and Rehmanniae Radix-Scutellariae Radix,Rehmanniae Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Rehmanniae Radix-Scutellariae Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,Rehmanniae Radix-Moutan Cortex-Scutellariae Radix were commonly used drug combinations.Conclusion TCM treats epistaxis by clearing heat,cooling blood and stopping bleeding.It is assisted by removing blood stasis and supplementing blood,supplementing qi and absorbing blood,nourishing yin and reducing fire.They attach importance to the accurate treatment of epistaxis based on the syndrome differentiation of the zang-fu organs.They also use honey,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle and other sweet drugs to take priority,supplement the middle and add benefits.Some drugs,such as Scutellariae Radix,Cirsii Japonici Herba,and Gardeniae Fructus,are fried with coke and charcoal to enhance the hemostatic effect.关键词
